Something I don’t think a lot of people know about this item is that all of those pretty logos and stuffs on the cover are actually a sheet of stickers. I only opened this item to show that and to show that the sheets of paper inside have the GD & TOP logo on them. (Please see the 4th picture in the photo set above.)

TTS - TaeTiSeo (SNSD) Twinkle MV Review

Why is it that only in SME does group cross promotions bring so much rage between the fandoms.

Foreword: This MV shouts $$$$. I can very well tell they dished some cash. Just looking at the clothes. They are FINE! FINE I TELL YOU! FINE! :D And if you haven’t noticed. This MV features Exo-K. Which is fine by me but if you read the comment threads. WOW. The reactions! Haha.. I saw it coming. But I am just wondering why only in SME does cross promoting groups bring sooooo muuucchhh! Reaction. I know I’ve been there (DBSKxSNSD days. ahemmHapticahemmbitteranmomentsahemm) I dont think it brings this much ‘reaction’ when it comes to other companies though. YGE (BBx2ne1), JYP (2pmxWG), Cube (Beastx4Minute) etc. Or is it just me? I dont know. Enlighten me people. I think BBx2ne1 is the most harmonious (fans) cross promoting group reactions I’ve seen. Oh well.. Lets talk about the MV some more blow by blow BELOW.

VIDEO: 5.5/10. Fair enough. Nothing new, nothing wow but good enough. It is something I’d watch once. Maybe twice but never thrice.

SONG: 6.5/10. Its an “okay” song. A song that I’d download? Yes. A song that I’d put in my loop playlist? Not really. I am not a fan of those type of songs. But then again. Who knows! I’ve said this about some songs before but ended up singing it on my train rides or mall walks. LOL.

LYRICS: -/10. Cannot judge yet. Pronunciation, yes, there is always Tiffany to save the day. >,< Grammar, doubtful. Will wait for translations!

VOCAL: 8.5/10. I am fan of Taeyeon’s voice. Especially those high notes. Seohyun is okay, I just hope she’d not hold back so much when hitting high. It’s like she’s afraid of her voice breaking that she holds it in a certain strength but I really think she can hit it higher. She just needs to stop being conscious and let go. Sorry, not a fan of Tiffany’s screaming. I might get stoned for saying that. LOL. I am not claiming to be a pro or knowledgeable in voice or whatever. I just do not find her high notes (and raptalking) pleasing. Her low to mid notes are fine though.

DANCE: 8/10. Very efficient? I do not know if that is the word but for me it is fitting (to the song, theme and image), very light, easy to follow, cute etc. I like it! :D Or maybe I like it because Taeyeon looks so cute dancing to it. heee…. :3 *guilty of being biased*

GRAPHICS & SETS: 6/10. All studio sets but its okay. :)

WARDROBE, HAIR & MAKEUP: 9/10. You know I always rave about these parts. MWAHAHAHA! Minus 1 for the stiff hair. :P They are so stiff and heavy looking IMO. Not natural at all. Dear hairstylist. Please use natural effect maximum hold spray. And please do take care of Seohyuns hair. >,< Might just be me but who cares haha.. It might have been intended to be like those but I don’t really like it. Sorry. >.< Its okay though. Makeup. Yeah. Okay..Wardrobe? BEAUTIFUL! Love those clothes, love those shoes, love those accessories! Its only right to have fancy stuff like those because they are supposed to be superstars. :)

Party Hard: Crazy Room Dancing

Have you ever done this? You’re alone (or with some selected friends) and just randomly pumped the volume, and crazy danced like party rocking hard?! Oh come on!!! :P You know you did. :D Ever! Like once in your lifetime. Me? I do this A LOT! But just when I’m alone or with some SELECTED close friends. Haha..

I remember once I did this crazy stuff for the first time in front of a friend (invited her over at the house). And she was serious when she said; “I did not just see that!”. LOL Her face (I think) was in such disbelief I think her respect for me dropped half down the bar. LOL Then when I stopped she held me and said; “You CAN NOT! do that in front of other people.”

I don’t know, it sill amuses me when I remember that. I’m a sloppy dancer, I know that. But people are allowed to have their own side of crazy and this is how I get and this is also how I release some of my pent up stress. Its just fun for me. :P I tried doing it in front of a mirror once and even I cannot explain what I saw. :D

But its fun! So I’m going to keep doing it. :D So much for humility and dignity. :P Sorry friends, you just have to keep up with this crazy for a while. :D Thank you for still loving a weirdo like me. *hugs* ^^,

My Favourite Jailbaits from EXO

Before I watched the showcase, I only know Kai and I only watched their MVs and some of the teasers. Never really put an effort to know who the other kids are because you know, they are kids LOL. I have no doubt in their talents though as I have recognized them in my past MV Reviews. And I liked the Exo-M kids better before. I don’t know. They just give me that ease and more likable feel in contrast to the tight and tense aura of Exo-K. And I remember their faces better. That was an improvement rather than calling them the “Kai Army” or “Many Dancing Taemins” LOL I Love my friends haha. :P

Honestly, if they continued with their scheduled debut last year, I am not so sure if I would’ve accepted them as I have now with all those nasty rumors circling. Good call SME for pushing it back. Even when the teasers came out, I was skeptical and was like, lets see. And it turns out they are really good. And with all that SME pampering and funding (*cough* because of budget cutback from Super Junior *cough* XP), of course it will be grand! And I like grand things. :D

So maybe you can tell that I like great singers, superb dancers and cutie faces. Yeah typical. haha.. I can read your minds saying “she’s so shallow” well guess what kids! It is what they are selling and I am just buying! MUAHWAHAHAHAHA! Just be happy that its not porn! (ahemShineeahemm) *gets stoned* :P Okay where am I getting at. I am saying that we have our own preferences so do not judge me! :P IDC what you think though.. :P MUAHWAHHAHAHAHAA!

So ultimately these are my faves:

  • KAI - Undoubtedly, he is the best dancer in SME right now. You can tell. I mean. I’m a Cassie and I dare say he owns Yunho, Eunhyuk, and even Taemin. That’s just what I think though. :P He hits so hard! I like it! And he is like the Taemin I never had… since I loved like extremely loved Shinee before. (I still have no idea why I bought 4 Lucifer albums. >,<) You see during my SHinee craziness era (until Jjong got a girlfriend *chokes*) Taemin has never been my fave, ever. Yeah he is cute, he dances good but I always see him as a kid with milk and candies. I always feel improper and almost feel illegal to fangirl about him. So NO! And now here comes Kai, woohooo! The manly version of Taemin who I can ogle at without feeling awkward! YES! MY FANTASIES ARE FULFILLED! bwahhahahaa! And I know and can sense that he can sing too if not good at it at least stable. And now he is rapping. :) And I always remember him as that Taemin looking trainee from DB5K’s HaHaHa CF. :) Memories… 
  • Baekhyun - He is cute and he sings good. That’s all. LOL WHAT!??! I just watched the showcase what do I know about him. :P My argument is valid!
  • Luhan - I like his cute face and I want to put him in my pocket! :P
  • Lay - I like his facial symmetry! Moi gwapito!! :D

KEUT! LOL I am so biased I am somehow embarrassed. hehe.. Should I? Naahhh.. At least I now know their names or do I? whatever. :P

I also want to mention classic SME. You can always tell when they are playing favourites among members of a group and when they are trying to push a member off the spotlight. Example. Onew, no visible projects since last year, he wasn’t even included in some supposedly Shinee CF’s and if you look at their current album promotion, he is just so left out. In every sense of the word. Example 2. Almost all Exo teaser, Kai was in it. He always gets one shots, more solo parts be it dancing or singing or be it MV or live. Also he always gets the pretty and attention grabbing clothes and when everyone else was wearing silver/black/white/gold he was wearing a Blue Sparkly Jacket. Very Heechul very Heechul.. haha.. Its a little funny. >,< (Exo Mama Live Perf at Showcase).
